What I Bring to Our Sessions

I’m a certified ICF coach with over 1,000 hours of client work.
I’m fully trained in:
Relational Life Therapy (RLT by Terry Real), for transforming relational patterns with directness and care
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), for building a values-based life, even in the face of uncertainty

I also use parts & inner child work, and experiential mindfulness practices, that are the foundation for my work. 

I’m not here as an expert on your life.
I’m a fellow traveler. I’ve walked through my own healing, growing up in complicated family systems, learning how to survive and thrive without losing my softness.

And I’ve spent years supporting others who are doing the same: thoughtful, sensitive, capable people who’ve carried too much for too long.

In our sessions, you won’t have to perform. You don’t have to be anything but what you are.
We’ll look at the patterns you’ve been stuck in, sometimes gently, sometimes directly, learn how to start choosing something different.

Because at the end of the day, this work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you see that you were never broken.
