Compassion-Based Resilience

In our work together, you’ll learn how to connect with different parts of yourself and how to lead your life through the part in you that guides you with wisdom and compassion. My approach is based on Relational Life Therapy (RLT), inner child & Parts work, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.) These are tested and powerful methodologies for healing and building a stronger, more confident sense of self.

Values, Meaning & Purpose

Together, we’ll explore what truly matters to you: your core values, what brings you meaning, and how you want to shape your life moving forward. This process is rooted in understanding core beliefs and reclaiming and rebuilding your identity. 

Gaining clarity in these areas is crucial in understanding yourself better and setting a clear, actionable path toward a future that feels aligned with who you are.

Science-Based Growth

In our sessions, you'll learn practical tools grounded in science, such as mindfulness exercises and techniques that are based on proven approaches from the world of Relational Life Therapy and ACT. I’ll guide you in using these tools to build resilience, self-trust, and focus.

These methods are designed to strengthen your psychological flexibility, helping you stay grounded and adaptable.

About Me

Gain from my real-world experience and focused education.

I’ve lived what feels like many lives, on three continents, starting over and over, creating a home, and finally finding a sense of belonging. These experiences gave me a deep understanding of what it means to adapt, grow, and rebuild. In those “many lives,” I spent 16 years in the tech industry. 

Now, in my 40s, I bring all of that experience, along with evidence-based coaching methods, to help people like you move forward with confidence, clarity, and resilience.

My leadership experience includes:

  • Building and leading remote teams

  • Recruiting and developing talent

  • Navigating high-pressure environments

  • Creating strong, collaborative cultures

  • Supporting individuals through transitions, conflict, and growth

Throughout my career, I found that what I enjoyed most was helping people grow, personally and professionally. This inspired my transition from tech leadership to full-time coaching, where I help clients navigate complex life and relationship challenges with empathy and pragmatism.

  • Relational Life Therapy - level 1+2 (Relational Life Institute). Working towards my RLT Coach certificate

  • ICF (International Coaching Federation) Certified Coach – Level 2 Diploma (PCC level), with over 1,000 hours of coaching experience

  • ICF Certified Trauma-Informed Coach

  • Certified in ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) (Psychwire)

  • Trained in the Relationship Recovery Program (RRP) – A model developed by Amanda Curtin, LICSW, focused on healing and growth through deep work centered around childhood trauma recovery (Patrick Teahan)
