In our work together, you’ll learn how to connect with different parts of yourself and how to lead your life through the part in you that guides you with wisdom and compassion. My approach is based on Relational Life Therapy (RLT), inner child & Parts work, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.) These are tested and powerful methodologies for healing and building a stronger, more confident sense of self.
