I’m an ICF-certified, trauma-informed coach who helps people untangle the mess of life, love, and work. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practices and lived experience — not just theory.
In my 40+ years on this wild planet, I’ve lived many lives across three continents. I’ve started over more times than I can count, built homes from scratch (sometimes literally, sometimes emotionally), and searched for that elusive sense of belonging. I eventually found it - not in perfect circumstances, but in learning how to feel at home in myself.
My early life wasn’t easy. Like many of my clients, I didn’t grow up with a roadmap for healthy relationships or emotional safety. I lived through early abandonment, narcissistic abuse, addiction, mental illness, suicide, emotional volatility, and neglect. I learned too young how to be the responsible one, the “mature beyond my years” kid who keeps everything together. I spent years in therapy feeling seen, but not always helped... learning how to name the pain but not always how to heal it.
I carried all of this into adulthood. Into my relationships, my work in tech leadership, and my inner world. I built a career where I was known for being calm in chaos and helping my teams grow. But underneath, I was still figuring out how to feel safe, loved, and enough.
Eventually, I got tired of surviving and started learning how to really live. I did the work to reclaim who I am, heal old patterns, and build something healthier, both in my personal life and in my career. That’s what I help my clients do, too.
Today, I help people navigate the messy, beautiful work of being human: finding clarity in confusion, softness in struggle, and practical ways to move forward. Whether we’re talking career crossroads, relationship tangles, or just how to get through the week without losing yourself, I’m here to help.
