About Me

I’ve lived what feels like many lives—on three continents—navigating the challenges of starting over, creating a home, and finding a sense of belonging. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of what it means to adapt, grow, and rebuild. In those “many lives,” I spent 16 years in the tech industry. As an introvert, I often felt out of place in environments that seemed built for louder voices, but through painful failures and meaningful wins, I learned how to lead teams by building connections and trust.

Now, in my 40s, I bring all of that experience—along with evidence-based coaching methods—to help people like you move forward with confidence, clarity, and resilience.
