I spent 16+ years in tech leadership, building remote teams, leading through chaos, and trying to create work environments where people could thrive, and not just survive.
I know the pressure of being the calm one in the storm, and the cost it can take on your mind, your energy, and your relationships.
I’ve been where you are.
— Trying to hold it all together, thinking I was a superhuman, but slowly burning out.
— Making work my whole life and allowing it to spill into my relationships and life.
— Burning out in toxic environments that demanded too much.
Now, as a trauma-informed, relational coach, I combine practical leadership experience with deep inner work.
