Hello again,
Here’s my growth journey. I wrote it for you.
As a child, I often found myself being the only adult in a room full of actual adults. Through years of self-work, I came to terms with just how much help I needed to truly heal and build a life that felt whole. I took my first steps by setting boundaries, admitting my needs, and facing the impacts of childhood and workplace trauma. In my work with clients, I draw not only on what I’ve studied but also on my own journey of healing and recovery.
Now in my early 40s, I’ve spent over twenty years working on growing up, learning, and becoming a better human being. I moved through my own recovery with therapy, coaching, mindfulness, and psilocybin, alongside a lot of self-reflection, psychological practices, and building healthy relationships. Learning to reparent myself and trust myself, I discovered what it means to thrive rather than merely survive. I’m still and always will be, a work in progress.
When you work with me, you’ll experience a balance of directness, sensitivity, and honesty. The clients who thrive with me are those ready for growth and willing to look in the mirror to see both their strengths and areas for change. I’m often told that working with me feels like holding up that mirror—it’s not for everyone, but it’s transformative for those who are ready.
Professionally, I bring over 16 years of experience leading teams and building companies across operations, sales, marketing, and strategy in the tech world. I’ve interviewed and hired hundreds of people, coached team members at every career stage, and supported them in setting boundaries, speaking up, setting goals, and, when needed, finding the courage to move on. Mentoring former team members is still one of my greatest privileges. I describe myself as an introvert, fueled by meaningful one-on-one connections and leading with empathy.
Being a full-time coach now allows me to focus fully on helping people grow, heal, and create the life they want and need. If you’re ready to begin this journey, connect with me here.

Change can be scary, so we will work to reframe change into a positive. However, for coaching to work, you need to want to change. I'm here to guide you, open doors for you, and hold your hand, but the change you need to create comes from you. Only if you're ready to work honestly with me will you experience that deep and meaningful change you're searching for.

By reading my words here on the website (I wrote the content myself), as well as my bio and background, by reading what clients wrote about their experience with me, and by getting on an intro call with me so we can talk about where you are right now, where you want to be and how I can best support you, but ultimately, you will know I'm the right coach for you by listening to your instincts.

No. The difference between coaching and therapy is not the topics we deal with - I help my clients work through deep trauma, abuse, and family cut-offs. It’s about the client - you - having the resources to work through issues with me. As a coach, I am not equipped to help you with addiction (though I can support you once you attend a recovery program), suicidal tendencies (we all have dark moments, but if you’re experiencing suicidal thoughts, please get help asap, if not for your sake then for everyone around you) or if you suffer from untreated mental illness such as bipolar disorder, borderline, or depression. Please consider this before contacting me, as I am not equipped to help you in these situations.

We will uncover uncomfortable beliefs and patterns through our work together. The main difference between coaching and therapy is that for coaching to work, you need to have internal resources, hope, and the will to invest in yourself. My clients feel understood and seen during our sessions and eventually experience relief and growth.

Coaching is a partnership. I am your guide on the trail, but you still need to do the hiking. There are a few things that make a coaching partnership successful:
We will work pragmatically on an overarching goal (getting you a new job, creating healthy habits, or understanding a behavioral pattern) so you can witness your hard work coming to fruition.
We will dive deeper to understand your past and resolve issues. You will have profound aha moments and quiet moments to absorb new ideas. All this work will create a realistic, sustainable foundation for your future.
You will show up prepared, on time, and be present during our sessions. You will make time before and after the session to take a breath and reflect. Between sessions, you will work on whatever you committed to doing, including trying out new techniques I suggest. If, during our program, one of us feels that it’s not a good fit, we will end the program, and I will try to refer you to another coach or therapist.
-
In our sessions, I create a safe space for us to work in so you have time for yourself in the middle of the daily chaos. That space is devoted to you, where you can stop, reflect, and change course—a space where you can put down your guard and be yourself. If you're feeling stuck or in a loop, we find a way out. If you're feeling lost, we find you together. Remember: I've got your back. I'm on your side. I'm here to support you. I will also give you practical tools to help you and a lot of work between s sessions.
-
The best time is when you feel stuck and are ready to do real work on yourself. It’s when you’ve had enough. It’s when things are not working. It’s when you know you need help and guidance. It’s when you truly want change.

No. I live quite far from Berlin and don’t hold in-person sessions at the moment. I’m also a strong believer in remote work.
