Hello again,

Here’s my growth journey. I wrote it for you.

You know how people tell you that you’re mature for your age, and you’re thinking: “Yeah, I had to be.”? I understand that. I had to take care of myself at a very early age and be the only adult in a room full of actual adults. It took me a lot of hard work to even admit that I needed serious help, to set initial boundaries, and to do what it takes to heal and then recover. When I work with clients on healing and recovery work, I use what I’ve studied but also my own personal experience with childhood and work trauma, healing, and recovery.

I’m in my early 40s, and I’ve spent the last twenty+ years learning, growing up, and working on becoming a better human being. I recovered through therapy, coaching, psilocybin, mindfulness, psychological practices, a lot of hard work, and building healthy relationships with other humans. I learned how to reparent myself and trust myself. I learned how to thrive and not just survive.

If you work with me, you will experience directness, sensitivity, and honesty. The people who love working with me are those who want to grow as much as possible. I’m often told that the experience with me is like having a mirror held up to your face. That I offer both safety and tough love. It’s not for everyone but powerful for those who want real change.

So the bottom line is this: I’ve been there, I get you, but I’ve also done the hard emotional work and still do. I believe that only healers who heal themselves first can help others.

Professionally, in the past 16+ years, I’ve led companies and large teams while running operations, sales, marketing, and strategy in the tech world. I interviewed and recruited hundreds of people. Throughout my career, I mentored and coached team members in all stages of their careers. I helped them set boundaries, speak up, set goals, say no, and even leave when they needed to. These days, I still have the privilege of mentoring former team members.

Being a full-time coach allows me to focus on helping people grow and achieve their goals.

If you’re interested in signing up for my coaching program, connect with me here.

I love working with clients who swim towards me and want to do the work. If that describes you, let’s connect.

  • Change can be scary, so we will work to reframe change into a positive. However, for coaching to work, you need to want to change. I'm here to guide you, open doors for you, and hold your hand, but the change you need to create comes from you. Only if you're ready to work honestly with me will you experience that deep and meaningful change you're searching for.

  • By reading my words here on the website (I wrote the content myself), as well as my bio and background, by reading what clients wrote about their experience with me, and by getting on an intro call with me so we can talk about where you are right now, where you want to be and how I can best support you, but ultimately, you will know I'm the right coach for you by listening to your instincts.

  • No. The difference between coaching and therapy is not the topics we deal with - I help my clients work through deep trauma, abuse, and family cut-offs. It’s about the client - you - having the resources to work through issues with me. As a coach, I am not equipped to help you with addiction (though I can support you once you attend a recovery program), suicidal tendencies (we all have dark moments, but if you’re experiencing suicidal thoughts, please get help asap, if not for your sake then for everyone around you) or if you suffer from untreated mental illness such as bipolar disorder, borderline, or depression. Please consider this before contacting me, as I am not equipped to help you in these situations.

  • We will uncover uncomfortable beliefs and patterns through our work together. The main difference between coaching and therapy is that for coaching to work, you need to have internal resources, hope, and the will to invest in yourself. My clients feel understood and seen during our sessions and eventually experience relief and growth.

  • Coaching is a partnership. I am your guide on the trail, but you still need to do the hiking. There are a few things that make a coaching partnership successful:

We will work pragmatically on an overarching goal (getting you a new job, creating healthy habits, or understanding a behavioral pattern) so you can witness your hard work coming to fruition.

We will dive deeper to understand your past and resolve issues. You will have profound aha moments and quiet moments to absorb new ideas. All this work will create a realistic, sustainable foundation for your future.

You will show up prepared, on time, and be present during our sessions. You will make time before and after the session to take a breath and reflect. Between sessions, you will work on whatever you committed to doing, including trying out new techniques I suggest. If, during our program, one of us feels that it’s not a good fit, we will end the program, and I will try to refer you to another coach or therapist.

  • In our sessions, I create a safe space for us to work in so you have time for yourself in the middle of the daily chaos. That space is devoted to you, where you can stop, reflect, and change course—a space where you can put down your guard and be yourself. If you're feeling stuck or in a loop, we find a way out. If you're feeling lost, we find you together. Remember: I've got your back. I'm on your side. I'm here to support you. I will also give you practical tools to help you and a lot of work between s sessions.

  • The best time is when you feel stuck and are ready to do real work on yourself. It’s when you’ve had enough. It’s when things are not working. It’s when you know you need help and guidance. It’s when you truly want change.
